Ordering Information

Checkout: Simply add to cart all the items you wish to purchase, and checkout!

Payment: Transfer total amount due and send proof of payment.

Shipping: Once payment has been settled, we will contact you regarding delivery.

Receive order: Inspect all items received if order is correct. 

We are accepting bank deposit or online transfer payments through BPI, BDO and GCash. Credit card payments are accepted via Paypal and PayMongo. We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders should be inspected thoroughly upon receipt. Defective or damaged products should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Reports beyond 24 hours will not be entertained. 

We will only replace defective or damaged products caused by materials quality or assembly process.

We do not refund products that are:

  • Damaged by shipment/delivery
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
  • Obtained from a source other that neetly

Metro Manila Shipping:

  • Customers may opt to book their own courier (1-2 days delivery) 
  • Free Shipping: on orders ₱2,500 and above
  • Express Shipping (1-2 days delivery): ₱180

Provincial Shipping:

  • Shipping fee will be based on total weight and will be computed at checkout 

Express orders are delivered within 1-2 days.
